Mapping microtiter plate contents to microarrays is instant and
intuitive allowing precise clone tracking from entry in the
laboratory to incorporation in the microarray.
Integrate
Plates2Arrays provides a powerful and informative �array viewer�
that effectively integrates sample tracking, microtiter plate
annotations and gene annotations with the array layout. The array
viewer enables you to review the array layout at several levels,
search for specific spots and access associated source plates that
contain the molecular samples or clones.
Access
Plates2Arrays incorporates the capability to access internal and
external databases. You can instantly hyperlink to relevant online
databases such as GeneBank, GeneOntology or even in-house data
repositories.
