The almaZen PlateLogic module allows you to store, manage and
visualize the large number of microtiter plates where clones are
stored.
Inform
The PlateLogic module incorporates an informative and versatile
plate viewer that displays multiple levels of associated plate and
clone information on a single page, including a graphical
representation of the microtiter plate, plate/well details and plate
manipulation history.
Document
Microtiter plates store various types of well contents.
PlateLogic enables you to quickly record all content types,
including PCR products, cDNAs, RNAs and proteins. Easy-to-learn
interfaces and menus let you document all types of well annotations
to suit your microarray production workflow .
Visual
Tracking
Virtually any type of biological data and information about the
clones can be stored in the database (biological symbols, accession
codes, functional annotations, sequence, etc.). Superior graphic and
interface design enables you to efficiently search and track
information from various sources such as well annotations and
parent-daughter relationships, and simulate the merging of 96 well
plates onto 384 well plates.
Manage all types of molecular sample research projects
Although initially designed for use with microarray projects, the
PlateLogic module can be very useful for any research project that
involves the use of large collections of molecular samples stored in
standard microtiter plates.
