Project Explorer

With the new Project Explorer you have all the relevant data of a project at your fingertips. Gel images, replicate groups, warpings and quantitative results are shown in one compact hierarchical display. Project status is also shown in the explorer tree. For example, gel images with spots are displayed in bold.

Double click on a pair to open it in the Dual View. Select multiple gel images (or groups) to open a quantitation table for them. Drag gel images to move them between groups.

Note: The Project Manager from previous versions of Delta2D is still available via Window > Project Matrix.
