 SuperBlue
is a rapid, convenient alternative to traditional Coomassie Blue protein
staining solution. This new developed formulation contains of Coomassie
Blue G-250 stains proteins in native and denature protein in SDS
polyacrylamide gels. Using heat-enhanced technique, result can be
obtained within several minutes, without the requirement of destaining.
The
simple hands-off procedure saves your valuable time while also deleting
the handling of hazardous materials and solvent waste. SuperBlue
packaged as a 1X ready-to-use solution.

| Description:
Glow-Green is an environment safe non-EB nucleic acid stain used
for detecting double-stranded DNA, single-stranded DNA, and RNA
in agarose gels. This new stain has two fluorescence excitation
maxima when bound to nucleic acid, one centered at approximately
290nm and one at approximately 490nm.
Glow-Green is as sensitive as EB, and visualization of DNA band
(>50 ng) is possible under blue (best) or visible light.
Compared to EB known as a strong mutagen, Glow-Green causes much
fewer mutations in the Ames test. In addition, Glow-Green has a
negative test in mouse marrow chromophilous erythrocyte
micronucleus test and mouse spermatocyte chromosomal aberration
test. Glow-Green is a environment-friendly non-EB stain for
detecting nucleic acid in agarose gels, especially when
isolating DNA fragment for subclonning.
